Summer Associate Program
The program allows students to work alongside senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. We are offering opportunities across these business groups:

All summer associates will work on special projects designed by the business and participate in the following career development activities:
- Introduction to the healthcare industry
- Senior leadership networking lunch
- Learning & development series
- Final project presentations
Program Details
- Nine-week paid program: Monday, June 5 – Friday, August 4
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $30 per hour
- Location: 2 days working on-site in Farmington, Connecticut, and/or New York, New York, and 3 days working virtually per week
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, and an interest in the healthcare sector
- Rising undergraduate juniors/seniors, and/or 1st-year graduate students
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Analytical, collaborative, strong communication, and project management skills
