Responsibilities:
• Leads the development, management, implementation and market roll-out of product strategies and portfolios for all market sizes across all geographic territories. Oversees the organizational and marketplace implementation of product enhancements and new products. Partner with Finance and Underwriting personnel to ensure competitively priced products.
• Create and maintain the product, digital and in-person/on-site program delivery, vision and strategy based on business needs, industry research and trends, competitive analysis, user insights, and market dynamics including potential disruptors.
• Develops effective partnerships with key business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise in order to create the most effective digital products. Works with cross functional teams to shape Web & Mobile solutions that drive continuous improvement,
• “Product Ambassador” in the market place– promoting, educating and building momentum with key producer partners about health and wellness products. As a subject matter expert to contribute to employer and broker educational forums to build recognition and trust in the WellSpark name, and gain market share.
• Thought leader in the digital health space, helping define digital product features, leading multi-vendor, geographically disperse vendor teams through agile delivery methods. Ensure delivery of optimal digital products
• Work closely with engineers to quickly grasp concepts that matter in a given situation and work collaboratively to overcome technical hurdles and deliver stellar solutions.
• Continuously verify market entry strategies with independent feedback from agencies, brokers, prospects, customers and sales staff to procure product information and market intelligence via individual interviews, conferences, focus groups and advisory councils.
• As the subject matter expert for WellSpark, supports research and development of the strategic marketing plan and underlying tactics by assessing market and competitive product designs and positioning by providing cost/benefit/impact of recommended product changes including facilitating product line financial modeling and analysis. Proactively makes recommendations for enhancements to the WellSpark portfolio.
• Develop and execute an ongoing communication plan informing the organization of product strategy, positioning, practices and adherence to state and federal mandates.
• Manages the operational impact to the organization by providing requirements, participating in committees, documenting impacts, identifying communication and training opportunities.
• Play the formal Product Owner role in daily scrum meetings, requirements and design sessions, prioritizing features, advocating for business stakeholders, and providing input on product design decisions.
• Execute feedback tools to identify continuous improvement opportunities of WellSpark's products.
• Contributes to a digital engagement strategy to drive program participation.
• Develop and refine the member/consumer experience.
• Performs other related projects and duties as needed and/or as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 10 years of managed care experience including sales or account management, project management, product management (or development), and exposure to all facets of managed care product sales and administration.
• Experience with Digital Health hardware and software, including fitness tracking, biometrics and other relevant devices.
• Skilled in Agile development principles, like Agile, Kanban, or SAFe 4.0. Expertise in the latest software development tools like Microsoft development Suite or Atlassian
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and lead cross functional teams; managed projects with duration of 6-12 months or more as accountable director of record.
• Proven ability in utilizing Windows PC software applications (i.e., spreadsheets, project schedulers, work processor, databases, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, planning & business analysis skills; cross functional project management and decision making facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interpret government regulations, develop and deliver training and monitoring programs.
